ISBN 0805065512. I am putting any spare time to work here as I have read several books on this subject. Marketing Sherpa has a first class download on this topic, but this book is really top drawer. Lesson learned is to do your indepth market research, treating this as any other project and get the guts on it down in an indepth outline before going much further. Setting daily goals and objectives is all important.  If you are interested or want to try your hand, very readible, well written and useful. Found it remaindered at a little shop.
