Change management research Millers Bolt. Thomas Stirr. 1997. ISBN 0201143798. A business fiction story on how a top notch manager was in danger of getting fired. His work was terrific, but his relationships with co-workers became increasingly antagonistic. This is a very practical book that cloaks learning about change management with entertainment. A very easy read and thoroughly enjoyable. You may want to keep it as it addresses the “soft” costs of running a business. Plus the characters are certainly quite realistic and up to date.
