Cracking the Value Code. Boulton, Libert and Samek

Cracking the Value Code. 2000 Boulton, Libert and Samek. ISBN 0066620635. This book predates The Cap Gemini book (Invisible Advantage) The three authors were sr partners at Anderson ( where are they now?). Good groundwork here for figuring out what assets in your company will drive investor valuations. The basic truths are still true. Written in the heights of the dotcom bubble, the book takes a conservative path, with only a few obvious “failures” that we see with 20:20 hindsight. Worth the read, but not bookshelf material. Should be in the library. Thanks Chris Jordan for pointing this one out.
